MILES SAMPA VS THE PEOPLE COMES UP ON TUESDAY 12TH DECEMBER 2023

The matter in which expelled MP, Miles Sampa and Morgan Ngona, have been summoned to the Lusaka Magistrate Court to face fraud and impersonation charges.
The Director of Public Prosecutions wrote a letter to the Court expressing intention to discontinue the matter.
However the private prosecutors objected to the letter.
The matter is expected to come up on Tuesday 12th December 2023 for possible plea and ruling from Magistrate Litiya.
