MACRON BEGS BELARUS DICTATOR TO STAY OUT OF UKRAINE WAR AS EUROPE’S WEAKNESS SHOWS
French President Emmanuel Macron made a rare phone call to Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko, warning him against deeper involvement in Russia’s war against Ukraine.
According to reports, Macron highlighted the risks Belarus would face if dragged further into the conflict and urged Lukashenko to improve ties with Europe.
This desperate outreach comes after years of European leaders lecturing the world while their own energy policies crumble, economies stagnate, and military readiness fades. Macron, who has positioned himself as a global player, is now reduced to pleading with a longtime Russian ally not to escalate.
Lukashenko has already allowed Belarus territory to serve as a launchpad for Russian operations, and recent nuclear drills with Moscow have raised alarms in Kiev. Yet instead of projecting strength, the French leader is dialing for de-escalation on terms that favor endless Western aid to Ukraine with no clear endgame.
While Trump focuses on decisive deals and restoring American power, Europe’s elite continue their pattern of weak diplomacy and virtue signaling. Macron’s call reveals the growing panic in Brussels and Paris as the conflict drags on with no victory in sight for the globalist approach.
