LECTURER GETS 16YRS FOR FORCING GIRL, 5, TO T0UCH HIS MANH00D
Ndola High Court has sentenced a 55-year-old lecturer of Mufulira to 16 years imprisonment with hard labour for forcing a five-year-old girl to t0uch his manh00d.
Particulars of the case are that on May 12 last year in Mufulira, Darlington Mambwe indecently @ssaulted a child aged five.
During trial, the child’s mother told court that on the material day, around 16:00 hours, she was at home with her five-year-old daughter when Mambwe visited and asked to see her husband.
However, after being informed that he was asleep inside the house, Mambwe bought a beer from her home shop and thereafter sat right behind the same store.
