Moono Munsanje and CIC UPND Media owner Roy MAKAYI have launched scathing attacks against President Hakainde Hichilema over his dismissals of Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary, Prof. Christopher Simoonga and ZESCO Managing Director, Victor Mapani.
The duo has thrown the biggest rant on most UPND Blogs.

UPND die hard supporter, Dr. Moono Munsanje and Edward Roy Makayi who runs the UPND Media blog CIC have expressed outrage at the dismissal of ZESCO Managing Director, Victor Mapani and Permanent Secretary, Prof Christopher Simoonga.
The duo have accused President Hakainde Hichilema of practicing tribal “curling” of Tongas from Government.
Munsanje based in Botswana has always funded and supported the UPND from its days in Opposition.
“I hate to have used my money to push UPND up not knowing they will sack all UPND members and employ all NPF”
Munsanje has also demanded the dismissal of corrupt ministers and corrupt Permanent Secretaries that he accused President Hichilema of babysitting.
