Where Celestine Mukandila’s NRC and passport belong to the Republic of Zambia (to be withdrawn or cancelled) according to the state whereas Mark Simuuwe’s NRC, passport, deed poll belong to Simuuwe as a person and not the nation to be questioned, withdrawn and cancelled without his permission.
That Celestine Mukandila wrote Grade 12 examination at 10 years whereas Simuuwe obtained his NRC at 6 years of age.
Mukandila in prison whereas Simuuwe is free ordering the HH, Army, ZNS commanders and ZP IG unto me etc
