1. MP JAY JAY BANDA NAMES CLAYSON HAMASAKA, LEVY NGOMA AND TREVOR MWIINDE AS HIS ABDUCTORS.

As he is charged with attempted murder for alleged urinating in a Journalist’s mouth.

Good Morning.

Petauke Independent Member of Parliament ( MP)Emmnauel Jay Jay Banda has named President @HHichilema ‘s Political Advisor Levy Ngoma, Chief Communication Specialist at State House Clayson Hamasaka and United Party for National Development ( UPND) Deputy National Youth Chairperson Trevor Mwiinde as the people who abducted him from his vehicle on his way home.

According to a Police source, the extremely grave revelations led to the Police to instead charge the Petauke Lawmaker for attempted murder.

The attempted murder case relates to allegations that Mr. Banda urinated In the mouth of Journalist Peter Sukwa in 2016 a matter which was disposed off by the courts in 2016 in which Mr. Sukwa was compensated K10,000.

Meanwhile, the Petauke Central Parliamentarian may have entered the Guinness Book of World records for being the only person to have been abducted three times within a week.

Apart from the first abduction that has now uncovered the involvement of State House officials, Mr. Banda was also abducted from Medland Hospital to Maina Soko Milliaty Hospital against his will and that of his family. It has actually been learnt that Members of Parliament have a medical scheme with Medland and Coptic Hospitals.

In yet another embarrassing development for the UPND Government, a discharge slip from Maina Soko Millitary Hospital has confirmed that MP Emmanuel Banda had injuries when he was presented to the Medical Doctors in contrast with the narrative being parroted by Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu, Information Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana and Home Affairs Permanent Secretary Dickson Matembo. The discharge slip also indicates that Mr. Banda suffered stress. One wonders how someone who faked his abduction can suffer stress.

HERE IS THE NARRATION OF YESTERDAY’S EVENTS AS DECODED FROM OUR INTELLIGENCE SOURCES.

Friday Morning.

In the morning of yesterday, Emmanuel Jay Jay Banda was told by a group of Police officers that the Hospital had discharged him and they were there to take him home. Mr. Banda then asked for sometime to change clothes but the officers insisted that they could still convey him home in the hospital Pajamas.

Jay Jay Banda then contacted his lawyer Sakwiba Sikota State Counsel to alert him of the latest developments. Mr. Sikota told Jay Jay Banda not to go anywhere until he arrived.

Noticing that the Petauke Central MP had contacted his Counsel, the Police officers quickly took Mr. Banda to their vehicle and drove off to the Command Centre. By the time State Counsel Sakwiba Sikota was arriving at Maina Soko Military Hospital, Jay Jay was being conveyed to the Command Centre around Sikanze area. Fortunately, he had a phone on him and alerted Mr. Sakwiba Sikota through a text. Upon reaching the Command Centre, the officers started interrogating Mr. Banda before his lawyer Mr. Sikota arrived. Mr. Banda refused to Cooperate until his lawyer arrived.

When Mr. Sikota arrived, Jay Jay Banda was asked who abducted him and straight away named Mr. Hamasaka, Mr. Levy Ngoma and Trevor Mwiinde and that three vehicles were used to block him including a Toyota Fortuner which blocked him in front. It is worth noting that Trevor Mwiinde drives a Fortuner. He told the Police that he was then bundled in the boot of the vehicle to an unknown destination. The subject of the interrogations by the now identified abductors was the itinerary of former President Edgar Chagwa Lungu.

During all this time which lasted almost the whole day, both Mr. Jay Jay Banda and Lawyer Sakwiba Sikota had not eaten anything. Just imagine. Someone who had just been discharged from hospital was kept the whole day without food. ” Evil Angels”.

After this long interrogation which almost lasted the whole day, the Police team
