JAHMAN LAWYER SAYS HE WANTS TO CONCLUDE ECL BURIAL CASE BEFORE TAKING UP RECENT APPOINTMENT
Advocate Ngcukaitobi has told Ramamphosa that while he appreciates the confidence he has shown in him for the appointment as Acting Justice of the Constitutional Court, he will first deal with Edgar Lungu’s case because “it is interesting”.
He has asked to be excused until the case is concluded.
