INFANTINO THANKS THE ZAMBIAN COMMUNITY AND FAZ PRESIDENT ANDREW KAMANGA
FIFA President Gianni Infantino has thanked Football Association of Zambia-FAZ President, Andrew Kamanga and the Zambian community for a wonderful welcome during his two-day visit.
FAZ reports that in a letter dated June 26, 2024, to Kamanga, the FIFA Chief said the visit reinforced his commitment to work toward developing the game.
The FIFA boss said his visit strengthened ties with the Zambian football community.
Infantino was accompanied by Mattias Grafstrom and Director Member Associations Gelson Fernandez.
The highlight of the visit was the launch of the US$10 million FAZ Technical Centre to be housed in Chongwe.
