I DID NOT REQUEST FOR MONEY FROM PAMODZI HOTEL AFTER MY SEXUAL ASSAULT – CLIENT

A Lusaka-based woman who claims to have had her labia fondled by a masseur at Taj Pamodzi Hotel has denied extorting money out of the Hotels business.

Mwansa Njelesani explains that she reported the alleged sexual assault to the Hotel’s management to ensure that no masseur meanders their finger’s into women’s genitalia at the spa nor subject them to unsolicited sexual pleasure.

In this matter Mwansa Njelesani has sued the Hotel and its employee Kenneth Musonda for the unauthorized sensuous experience she was subjected to by a male masseur.

She claims that whilst professionally fiddling with her body, Musonda wandered off into her cave of joy and caressed her clit in attempts to make her squirt, causing her rape paralysis as a result of excessive pleasure.

The Hotel denied the allegations saying Njelesani fabricated a story to cash in on it and filed a counter claim of damages against her.

Pamodzi Hotels indicated that Mwansa Njelesani was only interested in claiming money from it as opposed to ensuring that the truth of the matter is established.

In its defense the hotel indicated that its client has not been cooperating with the private investigator it engaged to get to the crux of the matter which indicates that the claim is calculated to deceive and defraud it.

The hotel said Njelesani was deceitful when she failed to report the matter on the actual day of the alleged act, gave contradicting statements, failed to avail evidence and demanded immediate payment.

But in her reply to the Hotel Njelesani said that Pamodzi ought to be held liable for the acts of its employee for failing to ensure the security of its clients.

She said prior to having an astonishing massage she was not shown the non sexual harassment policies and that having such a policy does not prevent sexual harassment.

Njelesani claims she did not request for Musonda to apply acupressure on her body the first time she was introduced to the spa by her cousin as alleged by the hotel.

She claimed that instead it was the hotel that recommended him to her as there was no masseuse.

Njelesani said took issue with the claims by Pamodzi and its employee that investigations carried out by hotel management and the Zambia police revealed that her claims were baseless.

“Pamodzi did not in fact effectively carry out its investigation. The Zambia Police investigation has no bearing on the civil claim brought before the court,”she said.

She clarified that at no time did she disclose in her report that Musonda released his seminal fluids in her honeypot or near the pleasure regions.

Njelesani said she was always willing to corporate during investigations of her sexual harassment claims but she was uncomfortable to being interviewed over the phone by a strange person when she was asked questions about the sexual harassment as the investigator was not introduced to her.

She claimed that no proper investigation report was given to her containing tge summary of the facts, the analysis of the case, nor the findings of a disciplinary hearing. as the only correspondence she was given was an email stating that Musonda was not found wanting.
