PROVINCIAL MINISTER MBANGWETA KAPELWA RESPONDING WELL TO SPIRITUAL TREATMENT
Hon. Kapelwa Mbangweta is reported to be fine now. He has stopped seen Barotseland ancestors.
The only sad incidence that happened is when the Minister was given food, instead of eating food, he ate toilet tissue.
