This is the once beautiful and clean Cynthia Neal in Dallas, Texas. She is on drugs and homeless.
Everybody who knows Cynthia knows the fact that, she supported President Hichilema and insulted the Opposition for HH and UPND.
President Hichilema knows her personally.
As a President, he has power to speak to the Zambian Embassy in D.C and help Cynthia by putting her on a plane back home to Zambia.
They know how dangerous it is for a woman to sleep on the street in this country which has more guns than people.
Instead of informing Zambian Embassy, they resort to gossips and fake sympathy.
I urge the UPND government to urgently get our sister the help she needs.
The bitter fact is, nobody would be willing to accommodate a drug addict in their homes. That includes myself.
There are so many rehabs here but I’m told her former husband tried to put her in one but she refused.
So the only way Cynthia can get help is to go back to Zambia where she will have no or less access to drugs. She needs to be with her family in Zambia before something happens to her here.
So ba UPND, inform the president and let him use his power.
