Has the Presidential Anointing Gone to the Boys?

Brian Mundubile has achieved what very few imagined possible in Zambian politics. The only question now on many people’s minds is whether the Lord’s hand is upon him, and whether the presidential anointing has shifted to him.
If you study the scriptures, God has consistently chosen and used young men ( boys) in many cases with the notable exception of Abraham. From Moses to Joshua, David, Samuel, Daniel, Jeremiah, Peter, John, and even Jesus Himself, God calls the young and builds something extraordinary through them.
President Hakainde Hichilema recently referred to Brian Mundubile and his running mate Makebi Zulu as “boys.” What is striking is that this is exactly how Goliath dismissed David, and how both Jeremiah and Samuel described themselves when God called them.
God often uses what the world considers small or insignificant to accomplish great things, so that He alone receives the glory. It appears this may be what is unfolding with Brian Mundubile.
While President Hakainde Hichilema struggles to draw genuine crowds often ferrying people from distant places, relying on musicians, influencers, and every resource at his disposal Brian Mundubile’s rallies seem to require no such effort. People simply hear he is nearby and show up in large numbers, with no regalia, no hired artists, and minimal preparation.
This leaves many wondering, has the anointing already gone to Brian Mundubile?
History shows that God often replaces kings while they are still on the throne. David was anointed king while Saul still reigned. Samuel was called while Eli was still high priest. Solomon replaced David while David was alive. Joshua succeeded Moses while Moses was still present, and Elisha replaced Elijah while he was still alive.
