Evaluating anyone’s wealth based on the cars they drive is dumb!

Dr Strive Masiyiwa writes

“There’s nothing more ridiculous for me than owning a fleet of expensive cars. Personally. I have not driven a car for more than 20 years. I lost interest in fancy cars many years ago. It goes back to my dislike of what I call “conspicuous consumption.” If someone is dumb enough to evaluate my wealth simply because I drive a fancy car then they really are dumb; what if it’s on loan?!

In my businesses, I also do not accept the concept of fancy “company cars for executives”. They should buy their own using their own salaries!”
