ELECTORAL REFORMS TECHNICAL COMMITTEE TO START PUBLIC HEARINGS

The Electoral Reforms Technical Committee -ERTC- says there is overwhelming response from the public on electoral reforms submissions.
Speaking to ZNBC News, Electoral Reforms Technical Committee Spokesperson, DOREEN KABWE said the committee will commence public sittings today.
Mrs. KABWE added that the development follows an impressive turnout of submissions from members of the public.
She emphasised that faith-based organizations, civil society organizations-CSOs and members of the public are encouraged to participate in the public sittings.
Mrs. KABWE said the inclusive approach aims to develop an improved legal framework for elections.
