ELECTORAL MINGALATO REJECTED: Confusion Erupts Across Councils Over Manipulated List Of Poll Staff; DEOs Squeezing In UPND Cadres Who Didn’t Pass Aptitude Tests
Confusion has erupted at the Kapiri Mposhi Town Council after poll staff who sat for the aptitude test discovered that none of them had been selected.
The situation is the same in several councils across the country.
Many youths, including some UPND cadres, are now calling for the cancellation of the workshop scheduled for today.
A spot check at the ECZ office in Kapiri Mposhi found many people carrying bags, some allegedly having travelled from as far as Mumbwa, Lusaka and Mpika only few selected from Kapiri Mposhi.
