DRC ELECTORAL CRISIS: Ex-Rebel Leader Jean Pierre Bemba Linked To Murder Of 40-Year-Old EU IT Expert In Kinshasa
Human eater, ex-rebel leader and convicted war criminal Jean Pierre Bemba has been linked to the murder of a 40-year-old European Union (EU) IT expert who died after collecting results of the December 20, 2023 polls.
Congolese authorities have officially claimed the IT expert committed suicide.
Investigations have revealed that it was Bemba, an ex-convict at the International Criminal Court, who masterminded the death of the expert.
Bemba first created a false narrative that the opposition had hired Russian hackers to interfere with the outcome of the election.
After the allegations, Bemba then assigned a team of operatives to track the eight EU experts that had remained in the DRC to be part of a team of civil society observers in Kinshasa.
When Bemba with the blessings of Tshisekedi learned that the EU experts in the observer mission had the results from polling station which did not seem to favour the ruling party, they ordered his information destroyed and termination of his life.
When the Bemba and Tshisekedi operatives arrived at the hotel, they ensured that CCTV camera connection was switched off before the European was lured to the 12th floor of the hotel where he was suffocated to death before being thrown downstairs in the guise that he had committed suicide.
“The death of LD, a 40-year-old man, was attributed to suicide, and according to the official version, his death was due to a fall from the 12th floor of the Hilton hotel, located not far from the CENI headquarters.
“However, his room was on the 5th floor and at the hotel bar, the computer scientist met teams from the CENI as well as members of the campaign team of Jean-Pierre Bemba, the former rebel and current Minister of Defense,” a preliminary report tracking the suspicious death reveals.
