NDOLA – St. Joseph’s Parish Priest, Fr. Chewe Mukosa has advised politicians to desist from using his Holy Saturday homily to gain political mileage.
And Fr. Mukosa has thanked the State and the Zambia Police for cancelling the call out against him.

Speaking in Ndola on Monday evening, Fr. Mukosa said he was not aligned to any political party and would therefore not want any politician to use his homily.
The Lufwanyama Priest says he will not appear at the Ndola Police station on Tuesday as the call out has been cancelled.

He said as a priest he preaches love and unity and that the church should compliment government in addressing the challenges the country was facing.
“I would like to advise politicians against using my name for their politics, as a priest I preach social justice and the love of Christ,” he said.

The Lufwanyama Priest was summoned to appear before the Ndola Police in Tuesday. The police call out was however cancelled.
Some opposition political parties are mobilising cadres to go to Ndola police on Tuesday to cause confusion.

PF Lawyer Makebi Zulu has written a letter insisting that he would present Fr. Mukosa at Ndola Police on Tuesday.
