CLATOUS CHAMA RECLAIMS STARTING SPOT AT SIMBA SC AFTER IMPRESSIVE RETURN FROM AFCON
Clatous Chama has stormed back into the Simba SC starting lineup following a strong showing with Zambia at the Africa Cup of Nations.
The former Power Dynamos midfielder found himself relegated to the bench in the lead-up to the tournament, only appearing as a substitute. However, he made the most of his limited opportunities, particularly against Tanzania where he impressed after coming off the bench.
Since returning from AFCON, Chama has started all three of Simba’s games, contributing directly to three goals in three matches. He scored a free-kick and provided two assists, showcasing his attacking prowess and influential presence on the pitch.
His recent performances suggest that Chama has earned his place back in the starting lineup and could hold it for weeks to come. His combination of creativity, goalscoring ability, and leadership makes him a valuable asset to Simba SC’s midfield.
