CHIZYUKA SAYS HICHILEMA IS A SELFISH MAN
Retired Major Robbie Chizyuka, the former Member of Parliament for Namwala, recently addressed participants at the online NRPUP Southern Province rally, where he expressed strong criticism of President Hakainde Hichilema’s leadership.
According to Chizyuka, President Hichilema is the most selfish leader he has ever encountered.
He accused the president of misusing his authority to appropriate communal land in Namwala, which he allegedly fenced off for personal and family use.
This act, Chizyuka claimed, has deprived local communities of vital access to natural resources such as water sources, wild fruits, timber for construction, and fishing grounds.
Chizyuka warned that this kind of leadership undermines the equitable distribution of natural wealth and restricts the economic and social rights of ordinary citizens.
He emphasized the importance of a leader who prioritizes the collective well-being rather than narrow interests.
In this regard, he highlighted Brian Mundubile as an example of the type of leader Zambia needs—one who is selfless and committed to ensuring that natural resources serve all people, not just an exclusive few.
