CHITALU DESPERATE, TRYING TO GET CHABINGA AND MORGAN NG’ONA TO SIGN ADOPTION CERTIFICATE AFTER MILES SAMPA WITHDRAWS
Miles Sampa’s PF faction that sponsored former Minister of Health, Dr. Chitalu Chilufya has withdrawn him as a PF Presidential Candidate.
Reasons;
● No valid adoption certificate can be signed becuase of both court matters and the Registrar of Societies.
● Earlier letter was written by Edwin Lifwekelo as “Deputy Secretary” General who doesnt appear on any official records.
● No General Conference elected Chitalu Chilufya.
● A valid certificate can be signed as it would require Miles Sampa and Morgan Ngona.
● Dr. Chitalu Chilufya is now frantically trying to get UPND’s Robert Chabinga to sign the document with Morgan Ng’ona.
