CHIEF MUMENA BACKS HH’S CALL FOR HARD WORK
Chief Mumena of the Kaonde speaking people in Solwezi District of North-Western Province has backed President Hakainde Hichilema’s call for mindset change towards work in order to improve on service delivery.
Chief Mumena President Hichilema’s sentiments that there is more talk than actions in the country are a matter of concern adding that that he is impressed with President Hichilema’s passion for service delivery.
He says that the Republican President’s message was categorical on the need to have a better attitude from the service providers in every sector.
The traditional leader in an interview said that this is so that the people can receive the due diligence of what was promised during the 2021 general elections.
He has appreciated President Hichilema’s initiative of coming put up with the Presidential Delivery Unit meant to enhance service delivery.
In his New Year address on Monday, President Hakainde Hichilema rallied Zambians to join hands in ushering in a year of hard work, economic revival, and national progress.
Mr. Hichilema , alongside fellow citizens, celebrated the advent of 2024 in rural Masuku of Choma, emphasized the importance of individual effort in stabilizing the nation’s economy.
He called on every Zambian to actively engage in agricultural activities, highlighting the significance of hard work in achieving national food security.
