CDF FUNDED VEHICLE HANDED OVER TO POLICE IN MAZABUKA
MAZABUKA Municipal Council has officially handed over to Police, a vehicle that was purchased using the Constituency Development Fund- CDF.
And Mayor, Vincent Lilanda, has urged Police in the District to utilize the vehicle to curb escalating crime in the District as well as take good care of it.
Lilanda is hopeful that the automobile will resolve to some extent, transport challenges that the Police in the District are faced with.
And Mazabuka Police Officer Commanding, James Muluwa, has expressed delight with the procurement of vehicle, saying it will help eradicate transport challenges.
He has assured that Police will enhance security patrols and emergency responses in protecting lives and property.
