10DAYS AFTER Province Minister Kapelwa Mbangweta said that Litungu has agreed to cooperate with the new administration. Litunga of Barotseland, Lubosi Imwiko II, has pledged to collaborate with the current Government, according to Provincial Minister Kapelwa Mbangweta, who was quoted by ZNBC in today’s major news.
