BAR MAN STABBED BY COMMERCIAL S333X WORKER OVER UNPAID SERVICES
A 30-year-old barman from Zambia Compound is battling for his life in Mazabuka General Hospital after being stabbed by a local commercial sex worker for allegedly failing to pay for short-time sex.
The incident occurred Friday morning at the counter of a bar in the aforementioned location, with the victim sustaining stab wounds to the head and hand.
The commercial sex worker told a Byta FM Zambia News team at the scene that she resorted to stabbing the victim with a broken beer bottle after he refused to pay her K50.
She stated that after their sexual encounter, the victim refused to give her the agreed amount, leading to a fight.
She admitted losing her temper, adding that her work is the only means of providing for her daughter.
The suspect is now in custody at Mazabuka Police Station, while the victim remains under medical care.
Meanwhile, the victim’s aunt has called for justice in the matter.
