MIYANDA PRAISES HH OVER EX-VEEPS

Good Governance Activist Wesley Miyanda has applauded President Hakainde Hichilema for appointing six former Vice Presidents as Special Envoys.
Miyanda says the move adds value to the political landscape and Governance System of the country and to the former Vice Presidents.
The six have been appointed as Advisors and as Officers to be assigned for local or international special duties by the President or as Presidential Representatives on international duties.
Miyanda adds that the move is a well-intended gesture because it clearly shows inclusiveness in the running of national affairs.
He says the appointments also reflect appreciation of the services or contributions the former Vice Presidents rendered to Zambia.
The six appointed by President Hichilema are Brigadier General Godfrey Miyanda, Dr. Guy Scott, Enock Kavindele, Dr. Nevers Mumba, Inonge Wina and former Prime Minister General Malimba Masheke.
