CHIKANKATA INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE D¡ES AFTER SUCCESSFUL FILING IN
Dear Residents of Chikankata,
Andson Buumba Ng’andu, popularly known as Chibulo Chilema, shortly after successfully filing his nomination as an Independent Candidate for the Chikankata Constituency.
According to information reaching us, Mr. Ng’andu is believed to have succumbed to injuries sustained in the incident. This tragic loss has left many of us devastated and struggling to come to terms with what has happened.
People of Chikankata, this is painful and unacceptable. We may belong to different political camps and hold different views, but no human being deserves to lose their life in such a heartbreaking manner.
Politics should never divide us to the point where life loses its value. Looking at the images of the vehicle circulating online, one is left with many questions and deep sadness over such an untimely death.
Prince Kaliza wrote : “I am truly short of words because this tragedy has come so suddenly and unexpectedly. Chikankata has lost a courageous son, a brother, and a voice that sought to serve the people. On behalf of myself and all those mourning with us, I wish to extend my deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the Ng’andu family, friends, supporters, and the people of Chikankata at large during this difficult time.”
