Emmanuel Mwamba, the Patriotic Front’s (PF) chief propagandist, is at it again, spreading falsehoods and misinterpreting President Hakainde Hichilema’s words. This time, Mwamba is claiming that the President has a draft constitution that he is hiding from the public. But, as usual, Mwamba’s allegations are nothing but a tissue of lies.

Setting the Record Straight.
President Hichilema has indeed proposed constitutional amendments, but this is a far cry from having a draft constitution. The President’s intention is to ensure that the constitution is inclusive and representative of all Zambians, particularly women, youth, and the disabled.

Mwamba’s History of Deceit.
This is not the first time Mwamba has been caught spreading propaganda. He has a history of misinterpreting facts and manipulating information to suit his own agenda. It’s time to call out Mwamba’s lies and hold him accountable for his actions.

A Challenge to Mwamba.
We challenge Emmanuel Mwamba to publish the draft bill he claims exists and name the members who drafted it. Until then, his allegations remain nothing but hot air.

The Truth About the Constitutional Amendments.
The proposed constitutional amendments are aimed at promoting inclusivity, equality, and justice for all Zambians. They are not, as Mwamba claims, an attempt to extend President Hichilema’s term in office or abolish term limits.
