You will regret knowing me, Chabinga threatens Sampa
ROBERT Chabinga, the suspended Patriotic Front (PF) Mafinga lawmaker has issued open threats against Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa, warning of unknown reprisals for being dropped from the position of Leader of Opposition in Parliament.
But when contacted, Mr Chabinga said: “I can’t talk nothing. I am not addressing the media. I will call you back.”
But Mr Sampa, standing his ground, has given Mr Chabinga, the former purported Leader of Opposition in Parliament 48 hours to show-cause why disciplinary action should not be instituted against him for threats.
“You (Mr Chabinga) have 48 hours to respond so we can make necessary decision based on your response. I write to direct you to show in writing why disciplinary proceedings should not be instituted against you for the threatening text messages sent to me,” Mr Sampa said.
