YO MAPS IS NOT AN INTERNATIONAL ARTIST- CQ
In an interview with blogger Corn Munthu, below is partly what CQ said:
Performing in foreign countries doesn’t qualify an artist to be international.
I have performed in different parts of the world and the audiences were mostly Zambians and I did not ever call myself as an international artist
But if Burna Boy comes to perform in Zambia today, the larger part of his audience will not be Nigerians but people from Zed & other countries.
Now that is what I call International. For now, the only Zambian artist who deserves the international artist status is Sampa The Great .
However, it is not wrong for Yo Maps to continue confessing that he is international because what we say is what we become.
