YES MR. PRESIDENT, YOU HAVE SURROUNDED YOURSELF WITH LIARS

This is true and a very important statement by the President. We saw it recently when in one report it was all rosy Paramount Chief Mpezeni praising government of success and responding to needs of the people.
Yet in another report of the same visit he tells off government minister for empty promises. Why is this statement true and important?
1. Impact of CDF is exaggerated as most of the approved projects are not even completed or effectively carried out.
2. Programs such as social cash transfer and food for work only cover a handful of people.
3. SME development is almost none existent despite creation of a ministry.
4. Youth and Women Empowerment programmes are almost dead.
5. Increased enrolment in schools not really due to free education but the removed caps on number of pupils that can be allowed in a classroom. Before there were strict limits.
6. So-called incentives to mines yielding nothing and investments being made now we’re already lined up. In fact with incentives output reduced and tax receipts reduced due to cheating.
7. Land is now foe the rich as chiefs, government and are systematically allocating land or approving demarcation of land to land sharks that parcel it into 20 x 30 plots that is sold exorbitantly.
8. Zambians are generally reduced to labourers owing to an unfriendly financial sector.
9. Weak investment laws and regulations have led to an invasion of the country by cheap and useless investments that are just siphoning foreign exchange.
10. Ineffective law enforcement has led to a thriving illicit outflows of foreign exchange.
YES The President is right ( whether rightly or wrongly quoted) JUST TOO MANY LIES IN LUSAKA.
