In a video making the rounds on social media, Zambian women’s national team forward and goalkeeper, Grace Chanda and Hazel Nali, both of whom were ruled out of the Women’s World Cup last year due to illness and injury are seen seeking divine intervention at a church.
A preacher, identified as Prophet Shepherd Mesala prayed for the two players and told Chanda that her problem of breathing difficulties was the work of her enemies who want to end her football careers.
The two players have not been playing since June last year.
