Why I Consider Ms. Nelly Mutti the Worst Speaker in Zambia’s Parliamentary History

Some have performed admirably; others have had their flaws, but none has compromised the dignity of our Parliament to the extent that Ms. Nelly Mutti has. Her loyalty to the ruling party has turned the Assembly into a battleground where opposition members are silenced, reprimanded, or penalized simply for voicing legitimate concerns.
