UPND IN KANYAMA MOBILIZED TO DISRUPT UCZ CHURCH PROGRAM

The UPND in Lusaka have mobilised UPND thug to attack the United Church of Zambia St. Philips Congregation in Kanyama if former President Edgar Lungu apoears at the Church.
This is after the ruling party learnt that Zambia’s Sixth President, Dr. Edgar Chagwa Lungu was invited yo grace the occassion as Guest of Honour.
The United Church of Zambia, St. Philips Congregation under St. Paul’s Consistory located in Kanyama Constituency, is hosting a program called “Official Opening of the Church”.
This event comes once in the life of
the Congregation hence, its significance.
A check at the Church found UPND thugs being offloaded from 3 mini-buses and were preparing to waylay the motpr vehicle convoy of the former President.
The Church invited President Lungu for a special ceremony.
The United Church of Zambia St. Philips Congregation under St. Paul’s Consistory located in Kanyama Constituency has an important program called “Official Opening of the Church”.
“It is for this reason that the Church unanimously agreed to invite you to come and grace this prestigious event as a Guest of Honour.”
“This event will take place on 19th May, 2024 on a Sunday time 09:00 hours”.
But the UPND cadres have vowed to stop President Lungu stating that Kanyama Constituency was a no-go area for the former President.
