STOP POLITICAL IDIOCY – A RESPONSE TO HON ELISHA MATAMBO:

ovincial Minister for Copperbelt should be advised to stop manifesting political idiocy at a time when the Nation is in mourning and step up by helping promote peace and unity as a christian leader. This is no time for cheap intimidations and misplaced statements.
H.E the President Mr Hakainde Hichilema need wise men and women around him that can correctly encourage him and advise well under the prevailing circumstances. We find the cheap intimidations being fired on the citizens by Mr Elisha Matambo at this hour highly misplaced and therefore frowned upon.
Mr Matambo claim to be a mature christian and is therefore expected to act like one. Let us all promote peace, unity and manage the rising tensions at this critical time. Zambia is far bigger than both PF and UPND put together. We strongly advise both the PF and UPND to sober up and manage emotions well.
We call on the Church to pray for our leaders and the Nation during this grieving time. Posts as shared by Mr Matambo has the potential to fuel more anger among the citizens. Let us mourn late President ECL with dignity and utmost peace. Let us also remember to pray for President HH. Let us promote the one Zambia one Nation spirit under God. We call for cease-fire to both the Greens and Reds.
