STATE HOUSE DIRECTS MONGU POLICE TO TRANSFER LITUNGA’S SECURITY OFFICERS CASE TO MUMBWA AND DETACH THEM FROM THEIR FAMILIES

Following events which arose from Kuomboka Ceremony, where Barotseland Nationalists Youth Alliance Leaders were arrested in tramped up charges for standing with BRE to reject the imposition of President Hakainde Hichilema as Guest of Honor, it appears President Hakainde is still boiling with anger. This was after BRE had already invited Paramount Chief Chitimukulu to be Guest of Honor.
The heart of President Hakainde continues to boil with anger and the desire to punish whoever was involved in advising him to stay away and respect the decision of the Litunga and his Kuta.
The latest information obtained from various UPND Whatsapp group seen from the document below, indicates that a directive has already been given by State House to transfer the matter from Mongu to Mumbwa so that the Barotseland Nationalists can be detached from their families and made to suffer with unnecessary movements.
When the Barotseland Nationalist Youth Alliance Leaders who are also the Litunga’s security men were arrested and interrogated at Mongu Police, they were told off that they should tell even the Litunga that the New Dawn Government can also arrest him if he wants to revive the Barotseland Agreement issue.
The Council of Elders in Barotseland are wondering how President Hakainde Hichilema want to relate with the people of Barotseland and the Litunga. It’s really difficult to tell if really there is any dialogue between BRE and the UPND Government looking at how the government is conducting itself.
However, many people in Barotseland have just kept quiet and are waiting at such a time when President Hakainde will realize that the people of Barotseland are more important to him than he thinks.
“Let President Hakainde and those who works with continue to show their true colors and make the Barotse Nationalists suffer in Mumbwa but time for reckoning is coming,” some people remarked.
Additionally, President Hakainde Hichilema is the First President in Zambia to rubbish the issue of Barotseland on public forum and to have continued to use every public forum to demean the people of Barotseland.
