Serenje DC, Topson Kunda kills two people
Tragedy struck in Chitambo on August 13, when two teenagers were fatally hit by a vehicle driven by newly appointed District Commissioner Topson Kunda.
The teens, who reportedly failed to check for oncoming traffic, died on the spot.
The incident is under police investigation.
The victims were laid to rest today, August 14.
