Dear Sir/Madam,
REF: RESIGNATION FROM THE PARTY AND POSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY GENERAL
I hereby write in reference to the above subject matter.
From the time I joined the party in February this year, 2024 and was appointed as the Vice Provincial Chairperson for Lusaka and later as Administrative Assistant to the Secretary General, I have faced a lot of resistance, frustrations and harassment from certain national leaders whose intentions are to make it difficult for new members with progressive ideas to be accomodated and in their areas of competency, thereby creating a very unfavourable conditions for party growth.
The failure and refusal to accommodate new ideas and members and actions meant to frustrate them, seriously negates any reason for one to continue being a member of Zambia Must Prosper.
It is in this vain that I, today, the 23rd of August 2024, renounce my membership of Zambia Must Prosper and wish the party, all the best in its future endeavors.
Yours in Public Service,
R. Mwale (Mr.)
Former Administrative Assistant, Office of the Party Secretary General.

Dear Sir,
REF: RESIGNATION FROM THE PARTY AND POSITION OF NATIONAL TRAINING CHAIRMAN
I write to your office in reference to the above subject matter.
I wholeheartedly joined the Zambia Must Prosper Party on the 26th of January 2024 after a thorough search of the various ideological positions and value systems on which several political party foundations are anchored.
Zambia Must Prosper’s political ideology and value systems, were found to be the most realistic and practical solution to the social-economic challenges that the majority of our people are currently facing and the means by which the country and its people could properly and fully develop themselves.
My biggest disappointment however, is the gross indiscipline of most of the members of the National Crusade Team, a body which is called the Central Committee in some political parties.
Instead of seriously focussing on structure formation and consolidation as the means of growing the party, they are bent on frustrating and harassing new members with progressive ideas and certain leadership skills to the extent of blocking more than 400 people in Kanyama constituency alone, who wanted to join Zambia Must Prosper in February 2024 todate, a period of more than seven months without realizing how damaging such move will be to the growth of the party.
A political party that is not ready to incorporate new members in to its structures, can never grow and it is therefore, as good as dead.
It is with so much reflection and a number of serious consultations with close friends and relatives, that today, the 26th of August 2024, withdraw my membership from Zambia Must Prosper and relinquish my position as National Training Chairperson.
Best regards,
Gift.E.Banda
Former National Training Chairperson.
