REGISTRAR OF SOCIETIES ABANDONS OFFICE
Lessina-Mariah Mulenga – Acting Chief Registrar of Societies has abandoned the office and gone on self forced leave!
Mulenga was brought in to do the hatchet job of changing office bearers of the Patriotic Front from Edgar Lungu to Miles Sampa when Chief Registrar of Societies, Thandiwe Phiri-Mhende refused stating that it was unconstitutional.
Mhende was later fired.
Now Mulenga, who has been under pressure to change details of office bearers from Miles Sampa to Robert Chabinga and also not to register the United Kwacha Alliance Party.
Mulenga abandoned her office and her car even before her urgent leave was approved.
