POLITICAL VIOLENCE SURVIVOR CALLS ON ZAMBIANS TO RALLY BEHINDE PRESIDENT HICHILEMA
DISABLED by political violence, Fred SAILI a UPND member has called on Zambians to rally behind President Hakainde Hichilema for the restoration of peace, national unity and law and order.
Mr Saili says Zambians should support Mr Hichilema by building on the national unity and peace in order to get the most in terms of socio-economic development.
And Mr Saili says even if the UPND members suffered atrocious attacks at the hands of the PF; the ruling party did not seek revenge because of the national unity and peace pronounced by President Hichilema upon after taking Office.
Mr Saili suffered a brutal attack by suspected PF thugs on Lusaka’s ring road as UPND Youths went about sticking Presidential campaign posters in the August 11, 2021 elections.
He sustained deep cuts on his head and lost three fingers on his right hand which has compromised his career as a bricklayer.
During the same bloody incident, Richard Sinkala almost had his head cut off with the horrifying pictures going viral on social media.
