WHERE JCC CAN FIRE JUDGE KATANEKWA, LAZ SUSPEND PRIME TV LAWYER OR GRZ LIQUIDATE THE POST OR IBA SUSPEND MUVI TV OR MOBI TV BUT NOT IBA CANCEL PRIME TV LICENSE

Lusaka High Court Judge Timothy Katanekwa removed by JCC and HH was the judge for Lusaka High Court Prime TV defamation court case of 2019.
That means the case shall be reallocated to another judge who may even restart it.
After four years, it may also mean another four years of lawfare and injustice.
The judge is suspended in 2024 after the LAZ suspended the Prime TV lawyer or law firm in 2020, IBA cancelled the Prime TV license in 2020 or one of the Prime TV lawyers withdrew in 2023 or other Prime TV lawyers who sued the state in Lusaka High Court contesting its closure but lost withdrew in 2020; Prime TV Shawa also apologised in 2020 and IBA reinstated Prime TV license in 2021 yet without affecting its case against me because UPND government and HH are shielding Prime TV Shawa.
For example, IBA once suspended Muvi TV in 2016, Mobi TV etc or government liquidated The Post newspaper in 2016 without concern or interest or mention of UPND and HH only self interested in Prime TV as a media house over public interest including of Prime TV workers.
