Luapula Constituency PF Member of Parliament Eng Chanda Katotobwe has allegedly been attacked in Iyanga ward of Kawambwa District at Chimfuntu area by suspected UPND thúgs.
According to one of the Councillors who was present at the scene, the Lawmaker and Tonse Alliance polling agents were chased from the poling station.
The Councillor said he could hear the thugs saying Eng Katotobwe gives the UPND serious headache in Luapula Province.
The Councillor further alleged that this whole fracas happened in the full view of the police and Technology and Science Minister Felix Mutati.
