GILBERT Liswaniso has an impassioned appeal to President Hakainde Hichilema to consider engaging his predecessor Zambia’s Sixth President Edgar Lungu on matters that involve the country’s welfare.
Mr Liswaniso, the UPND national youth chairperson says time has come for former President Lungu to guide the nation as the only surviving former head of State that the people must learn to respect.
