KELVIN SAMPA THREATENS TO SHOOT VILLAGERS OVER LAND
KELVIN Sampa, the UPND official who was recently arrested for obtaining US$80, 000 from a Japanese national by false pretences yesterday threatened to shoot women in Kanshibiya who were protesting his developing a land that is a court contention.
A video has emerged in which Mr Sampa, who claims to be President Hakainde Hichilema advisor was yesterday filmed brandishing a pistol and threatened to shoot some villagers in Serenje after a dispute over land.
Angry women are seen in the video daring Mr Sampa, holding his pistol to shoot them, vowing they were not going to allow him to commence development on a piece of land that was a court dispute.
