Judge Wilfred Kopa Muma Fired
JUDGE MUMA FIRED
President Hakainde Hichilema has removed Judge Wilfred Kopa Muma from the office.
In a statement to the Media by State House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka, the President has acted on the recommendation in the report presented to him by the Judicial Complaints Commission that Judge Muma be removed from the office of the High Court for Zambia with immediate effect.
Hamasaka says the removal of Judge Muma is the exercise of the powers vested in the President in article 143 of the Constitution of the Republic of Zambia.
