This is the same Judge that ruled that Shadreck Kasanda’s case be heard in Camera (away from the public).
This time around Judge Charles Zulu is being told to slowdown on the case of the 9 MPs so that ECZ can announce the date of nominations and elections before he could set the date to hear the matter filed by the 9 MPs.
The case was filed on Friday but Judge Zulu has not set the date to hear the matter, meanwhile ECZ is being told to announce the date for nominations and elections.
