Hichilema reshuffles Kapala, Chikote in ministerial positions
PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has with immediate effect swapped ministerial positions of nominated Member of Parliament, Peter Kapala and Luampa Constituency Member of Parliament, Makozo Chikote.
Kapala, who was Energy minister until today has since being transferred to the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock while Chikote will now serve as Energy Minister.
This is according to a statement issued by State House Chief Communications Specialist, Clayson Hamasaka.
The President has further directed the Ministers to discharge their functions with due diligence in their new roles.
