HAWKS RESCUE US PASTOR, KILL THREE IN SHOOTOUT

The Hawks have rescued US pastor Josh Sullivan. He was recovered from a house in Gqeberha on Tuesday after the Tactical Unit closed in at a safe house at Kwa Magxaaki resulting in a dramatic exchange of fire.
Sullivan was kidnapped at gunpoint during a service last week at the Fellowship Baptist Church in Motherwell.
Kidnappers demanded a ransom after the 45-year-old was taken.
A multi-disciplinary law enforcement team tracked the suspects.
When police approached the kidnappers, suspects tried to escape, opening fire.
Three suspects were fatally killed, but Sullivan was miraculously unharmed despite being in the vehicle from which the kidnappers were shooting.
