FAZ Boss Meets Häuptle as WAFCON Preparations Heat Up.

FAZ president Keith Mweemba has met with Copper Queens head coach Nora Häuptle in a key strategy session ahead of next month’s FIFA window friendlies.
The meeting, also attended by FAZ General Secretary Reuben Kamanga and Technical Director Lyson Zulu, focused on Zambia’s tactical approach for the 2025 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) set for July in Morocco.
The Copper Queens are preparing to face Botswana and South Africa in crucial international friendlies.
With local camp underway, foreign-based players are expected to join in the final phase, as Zambia sharpens its charge toward continental glory.
