DIAMOND TELEVISION LAUNCHES NEW FACEBOOK PAGE FOLLOWING UNPUBLISHING DUE TO POLICY VIOLATIONS.

Diamond Television, Zambia’s leading private media house, recently faced the unpublishing of its official Facebook page, which had garnered over 850,000 followers.
The page was removed by Meta due to policy and copyright violations.
Diamond Television, Chief Visionary Officer, Costa Mwansa, said despite this setback, Diamond T.V remains dedicated to delivering high-quality content and maintaining strong engagement with both its audience and clients.
Mr. Mwansa, said On July 29th, 2024, Diamond T.V Facebook page was unpublished, significantly disrupting the communication and content delivery channels.
He said, in response, Diamond Television swiftly implemented measures to minimize the impact on clients and audience by promptly informing its clients and audience about the situation, ensuring transparency and providing alternative platforms for content access, including YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram.
Mr. Mwansa, said Diamond T.V is pleased to announce the launch of the new Facebook page, which is quickly gaining followers as it reconnects with the community.
He said, in order to keep the audience informed, Diamond T.V is also utilizing SMS subscriptions alongside other social media platforms.
Mr. Mwansa, further said Diamond T.V remains committed to delivering value by ensuring that advertising campaigns, continue to reach a broad audience through alternative platforms.
