Blind Man Arrested For Assaulting Wife
A 57-year-old man, who is blind, has been arrested and taken to court for allegedly beating his wife using a pounding stick after she arrived home around 22:00 hours in Chilanga’s Balmoral Research Veterinary Institute.
Daniel Mwitumwa, an agriculturalist, is charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
On February 5, 2024, Mwitumwa allegedly assaulted Judith Lungu, 55, and occasioned her actual bodily harm.
